I shamelessly asked YW for free gifts the other day when we saw him and was supposed to be at Suntec collecting fantabulous door gifts now, but Mo's stomach failed on him again. Haiz..
One of my clients whose account i serviced previously called me on my mobile to chit-chat a while earlier. She's one of those whom i got along better with on the job.
I was even more pleased to hear her lament that with my departure, the working relationship weakened between them and our company. Rather than label it "Gloat", i prefer to use "Consoled".
It wasn't a piece of cake building & maintaining good working relationship with your clients; and such is the saying, Rome wasn't built in a day. Especially with hardcore clients who are like menopausing everyday, if you manage to turn them around, you will be surprised how loyal they can be to you. It makes things so much easier when they are standing on your side. Really.
This is no joking matter in the service industry, evident from the abundant seminars, books, trainings in the market, teaching amateurs how to deal with difficult customers.
With confidence, i say the relationship struck is as personal as it is corporate.

Anyway, i was going through my music folder when i came across my "Dance & Techno" collection. It must have been eons since i listen to them since alot of the titles didn't ring a bell.
So, i am bobbing along to the catchy tunes now, mouthing cheesy techno-specific lingo no less.
With titles like "Sea of Love", "Edge of Universe", "Vamos Amigos", "Dam Dariram", "Castles in the Sky" etc...What's not to love, babeyyyy?
*Doomz! Doomz! Doomz!*
Woohoo!!!!
